Learning about mental health of school children is not “one more thing to do”!
Every 1 in 4 children is having a mental health problem. These mental health challenges are severe enough to impair academic functioning of children.
Studies show that teachers play an important role in promoting optimal development of children. Therefore, an online teachers` training course “School Mental Health” based on WHO approved curriculum has been designed.
- The course will equip teachers with knowledge and essential skills to manage children with socio-emotional problems.
- Through this course, teachers will not only help children but will spend a healthy, stress free life by taking care of their own wellbeing.
